Kids NutriCare Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2025
WIC Purchases
Due to California WIC Program regulations, WIC-approved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are:
- Spoiled or defective
- Incorrectly charged
In such cases, please bring the item and receipt to the store within 3 days of purchase. A store credit or replacement may be issued.
Non-WIC Purchases
- Non-WIC items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exceptions
- Perishable goods, opened packages, and clearance items are final sale.
- Management reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy standards.
